It is hard to think of any other product manufacturing that is so highly based on a renewable raw material. The renewable fibres used in FRESHNIK TISSUES is sourced from FSC certified forests only. These forests are managed as a crop much like wheat or corn to produce fibres for decades to come. Typically, two or more seedings are often planted for each mature tree that is harvested.
The resources used to create Freshnik Tissues are continuously replenished. Trees are a renewable resource, which means they will never run out, and our 100% virgin tissues make sure that more trees are planted than felled; for every mature tree harvested, two or more seedlings are planted. Using these resources also ensures that supply quality is of a high standard. Freshnik aims to provide only the softest and premium grade tissues.

Keeping the green cover lush
The soft & hardwood used in making the 100% virgin pulp for Freshnik Tissues is sourced from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified forests. This entails that they have their own forest and harvest a section of it every five years to give the other sections time to replenish. Not only does this assure equal replacement, but it also means that massive amounts of CO2 are converted to O2, as growing trees release much more oxygen than mature trees.
OBA Free
Making your tissue paper chemically safe
OBA or Optical Brightening Agents bend the wavelength of light to make your tissue paper look the pristine white that it does. However, some of the compounds found in OBAs are carcinogenic and hence harmful for use. Freshnik Tissues are made without the use of any brightening agents.
Biodegradable

All our tissue papers are 100% biodegradable, which means that when disposed of, bacteria and other microorganisms in the soil can break down the components of the tissue and assimilate them into the ecosystem. It is a cyclical process to give back to the earth and ground from which our resources sprout.
100% Virgin
Heralding premium quality over everything
Freshnik tissues are made from 100% virgin wood pulp. While this may seem like we’re cutting down many trees, FSC certified forests promise responsible harvesting and seeding processes. Since fibres weaken after recycling, they can only be put through that process a few times. If virgin pulp is harvested and disposed of responsibly, it can be more sustainable than recycled paper.
